Epiphany

Verse 1:

On the sixth of January, we gather ‘round the tree,

To celebrate Epiphany, a joyous festivity.

A star so bright, it led the way,

To where the newborn Savior lay.

Chorus:

Oh, Epiphany, the day of light,

When Jesus was revealed, so pure and bright.

To the wise men, a guiding star,

Bringing gifts from lands afar.

Verse 2:

They traveled far, through desert sands,

With gold and myrrh in their hands.

A king’s new birth, a humble sight,

In Bethlehem, on that holy night.

Chorus:

Oh, Epiphany, the day of light,

When Jesus was revealed, so pure and bright.

To the wise men, a guiding star,

Bringing gifts from lands afar.

Bridge:

 From Greek "epiphaneia," it came,

A manifestation, in His name.

Jesus Christ, the Son of God,

For all humanity, a light abroad.

Chorus:

Oh, Epiphany, the day of light,

When Jesus was revealed, so pure and bright.

To the wise men, a guiding star,

 Bringing gifts from lands afar.

Outro:

In every heart, His love does reign,

 On Epiphany, we celebrate again.

A savior born for you and me,

In Him, we find our destiny.
